Welcome to the Agent section of the park Ridge Crossing website. Here you will find instructions and tips about how easy it is to sell a home with us. Just follow the simple instructions below and contact us if you have any questions. We're sure you will want to do it again!

2. Please review all of the downloadable documents listed below with your clients. All of these documents shall be listed on the agreement of sale as being made part of the agreement.

3. Please fill out and select options from the Personalization List. The total sale price shall then be listed on the front of the agreement of sale.

4. BUYERS AGENTS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO DELIVER THE PUBLIC OFFERING STATEMENT AND ALL OTHER PERTINENT HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SELLER'S EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT OF SALE. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE ALL DOWNLOADABLE FROM THE DOCUMENTS PAGE OR MAY BE PICKED UP AT TOWN & COUNTRY REALTY.

5. We require the PAR New Construction Agreement of Sale.

6. The Seller shall be listed as follows:

7. We require a $10,000 good faith deposit
