The Community of Park Ridge Crossing

Park Ridge has been carefully designed to offer maintenance free living while providing the American tradition of Home Ownership. Each home will be individually owned in fee simple while being a member of the Park Ridge Crossing Home Owners Association. Through a monthly Homeowners Fee, all lawn mowing, mulching, and snow removal will be handled by the Association. (And that's snow removal to your front door) The Association will also maintain the nearly one mile of walks and trails located on the 11.5 acres of Open Space. All walks and trails interconnect to existing trails and the Neffsville Community Park. Homeowners Association Fees are projected to be about $90.00 per month per home.
